1. Fresh-out engineer with a master degree in electrical/electronic
engineering or physics
2. Strong math and analytical skills
3. Strong background in EM theory, antenna, and propagation
4. Familiar with computational EM and skills in numerical EM software
development
5. Experience in antenna measurement
