LaPort, Jasik, and Kraus for the reasons cited by Scott Townley.
Also in that category is ANTENNA THEORY AND DESIGN (Stutzman and Thiele).

For an excellent and readable treatment of a number of antenna and
transmission line matters aimed at the knowledgable ham, try REFLECTIONS by
Walt Maxwell. For medium wave antennas, of course, George ("Doc") Brown and
Carl Smith still have much to offer.

Regards, and good reading
