Once again help with e-mail.

Hi there folks.

Once again I ask your assistance for an e-mail address. This time it is
for Dr E Bahar at EE, U of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Yes, I am aware of the incredible facilities offered by WWW, and have even
installed NETSCAPE to exploit these. However, on my one and only attempt
to date to read the home page at IPS in Sydney, my data rate was a measly
20-40 baud (Yes 20-40 BAUD!!!). Needless to say I quit in disgust and will
retry when things improve at our end (if at all).

Have a great day, Duncan Baker.
