NEEDS 3.1 ?

I vaguely recall some talk that ACES was looking into distributing
NEEDS 3.x. Is this going to happen anytime soon?

(Background)

NEEDS (the Numerical Electromagnetic Engineering Design System) was
developed at NOSC in the late 1980's as a series of graphical pre- and
post-processors for NEC-2. In its original incarnation, it was a DOS
based tool with all the problems and limitations which that implies.
Many of us acquired copies of NEEDS 1.0 and 2.0 through ACES.

More recently, NEEDS has been totally re-written for UNIX and the X
Window System. The on-line documentation is "Approved for public
release; distribution is unlimited" and can be browsed at
