NEC-LIST: List Management

Hi, all.

Several people have expressed concern that it's sometimes difficult to
distinguish between NEC-List traffic and personal messages in their
mailboxes. Others have expressed concern that a lot of useful replies
are being sent as private messages rather than back to the list.

Therefore, it would be helpful if everyone:

   1. Began their subject line with "NEC-LIST: "

   2. Set their "reply-to" header to read: "Reply-to: nec-list@ee.ubc.ca".
     
   (If you can't set a "reply-to" header, don't worry about it.)

However, please DO NOT set your "return-receipt-to:" header on! We
have over 450 subscribers now and you'll be swiftly inundated with
responses if you do.
