These chambers were built by Keene-Rayproof, which is one of the world's
largest manufacturers of high-quality anechoic test chambers. They were
built for Northrop-Grumman electronic warfare systems division, and the
original price was over $250,000 each, not including the equipment. They
were in use until one month before we disassembled them, and were in
excellent condition. The reason that they were sold was that with the end
of the Cold War, the production line was severly cut-back, and the company
needed the space for other equipment. Therefore we were able to acquire
these chambers at an extremely attractive price, and we would like to resell
them as soon as possible.

The price of each chamber is $49,900. This is the price from the present
location (Chicago, Ill.), where they are stored in four 40-foot trailers.

Additional information upon request.

Sincerely yours,

Shlomo Glasser
