NEC-LIST: Q: wire-grid modelling and surface modelling

Hi,
Let say I wish to model a circular base, which of the model is better
(wire-grid or surface patch). By the way, may I know the spacing
between 2 wires and the number of patch for a surface patch per
wavelength. Thanks in advance.
