A J Pole can cover 2 & 3/4 this way:

The 440 coax goes up the center of the 2 mtr hollow element and
emerges at the base of the 440 section through a hole drilled just
below the 440 section. Feed the 144 & 440 coax with a diplexer. This
design has been up at my location for 3 years and works great. There
is no interaction between 2 & 440. Haven't tried modeling it.
