    As a first guess, and having in mind that copper conductors carry RF
    currents with skin effect, I would try the same peripheral length:
    say a 10x1 mm conductor L= 22 mm (peripheral length) so,
    a = L/(2.PI) = 3.5 mm approx. (a = equivalent wire radius)
