I was wondering if anyone could tell me of any published work on the
effect of metal towers on dipole radiation patterns.

We are dealing with folded dipole antennas for VHF and UHF mounted on
40plus metre high towers. I'm curious if anyone has published
modelling/measurements of the effect of the tower structure on the
radiation patterns.

Any help would be much appreciated
