NEC-LIST: Input-File format conversion

Does anyone have software to convert NEC/Wires (or AO) format to NEC-4
format, or from YO to NEC-4? I know that you can save a YO format to
AO/NEC/Wires by specifying the "ant" extension in YO during a "save",
but how about the other conversions?
