NEC-LIST: can NEC2 calculate about microstrip antenna?

Hi,

By reading the user's guide of NEC2 I feel it can not calculate
microstrip antenna. NEC2 can only be useful for the conductor antenna
including a ground plane. Do I make a correct conclusion?
