NEC-LIST: CFA and nec ability to calculate field.....

Hello to all,

I've a question that maybe colud be silly for someone from you but not
for me, so I apologize in advance.

Is the NEC able to compute field produced by displacement currents ?
To be honest this is question arising from the CFA conundrum.
