I still wasn't able to properly open the pdf version, but the html
version opened and printed ok. Perhaps I need a new Acrobat Reader.
I have been using the Borland C++ v.5 compiler in Win98. It is my
impression that the OS is going to hard drive before it really needs
to. Can anyone shed some light on the behavior of the virtual RAM
facilities in Win95/98 and LINUX?
