True, the book cited is now out of print. However, Artech House
returned the copyrights to the authors (and I am one of them). Since
then, several more advanced versions of MININEC have been published by
the same authors with EM Scientific, Inc. (see http://www.emsci.com/).
You may contact EM Scientific about getting a reprint of the older
book -- or better yet, why not try out the newer version?
