NEC-LIST: Printed Circuit LPDAs

Good day all.

One of my students needs to make a couple of printed circuit
log-periodic dipole arrays covering roughly 500MHz to 2 GHz. Does
anyone have a reference to a suitable program (preferably freeware)
for designing such LPDAs, taking into account the effects of the
dielectric substrate?
