NEC-LIST: Help with MININEC

I require help with MININEC Professional for Windows Version 1.5 1995

Using MS DOS 6.22 & MS Windows for Working Groups Version 3.11 with a
Intel Pentium 90 all worked well.

I have upgraded to MS Windows 98 Version 2 with a Pentium III
500. Since then I have not been able to produce any radiation plots
or near field plots, the table produce rows & columns of 00 00 00's.
The Impedance & admittance plots and tables are OK. Has any one else
experienced anything similar ? Is there an update, patch or upgrade
available ?
