Could anyone suggest technical references for earth ground
conductivity and dielectric constant at 300 - 400 MHz for the
following conditions:
Soil as a function of moisture content
Sand
Water/sea water
Gravel/rock
Vegetation
Foliage/trees
Cement/Asphalt
