NEC-LIST: loop antenna

Dear all,

I would like to model a circular loop antenna (diameter=1m,
radius=2cm). I wonder if there is a special card for such an antenna
or if the card "GW" (Wire Specification) can be used as in the file
below. The circular loop antenna is approximated by an octagon.

Moreover I would like to apply a potential difference between the
first segment of the first tag and the third segment of the eighth
tag. I wonder how to apply such an excitation (to my mind I'm wrong in
the file below).

Any suggestion will be of great use.
Thanks for the attention.
