Hi Marc,

You can use NEC-BSC V3.4 (Basic Scattering Code) and the NEC workbench
from Ronald Marhefka at the Electroscience lab of the Ohio State
University. It combines NEC with the Uniform Theory of Diffraction,
which takes into account the effects of edge diffraction etc from
finite conducting groundplanes etc. Their website is
http://esl.eng.ohio-state.edu/ and all the information is on the site.
A limitation of UTD is that the groundplane cannot be too small and
the minimum distance from the radiator to the groundplane edge must be
a quarter wavelength or accuracy is degraded.
