NEC-LIST:Transmission lines - rectangular

In "Taschenbuch der Hochfrequenztechnik," 3rd ed, Springer Verlag,
1968 by Meinke and Gundfach, Figure 12.5 shows the impedance for
rectangular transmission lines. Does anyone have a reference for the
original work to derive the inpedance for rectangular transmission
lines?
