NEC-LIST:repost-screwdriver antenna model

Something weird happened on the last post... sorry

Does anybody have a functional NEC model for a "screwdriver antenna"?
It's basically a short (relative to lambda) whip with an adjustable
loading coil in the middle. I suppose one could just model it as a loaded
vertical with a lumped L in a middle segment.
