Although I've never done it, may I suggest using NEC's "insulated
wire" feature? I don't recall the two-letter command, but I recall
seeing it in the NEC-4 manual.

NEC will model the insulated wire as cylindrically symmetrical.
You'll have to calculate what insulation dielectric constant and
thickness matches the capacitance per unit length of your p.c.-board
traces. For this calculation I suggest using Mathematica (which you
say you have) to solve the 2-D electrostatics problem. I've done
such calculations myself for p.c.b. problems, but don't know
Mathematica.
