NEC-LIST: Hunting down reference

Hi,

I am looking for a paper published in:

"Proc 4th Annual 1994 IEEE Mohawk Valley Section Dual-Use Technologies &
Applications Conference"

I have had no luck finding a source ,and the author of the article of
interest has not been responsive. The article, presumably, has some NEC
modeling results.

If anyone knows how I might obtain a photocopy of a paper from this
reference, I would much appreciate an e-mail.
