Roy, I do not exacly know what you need, commercial, shareware of freeware.

But a simple and easy to use stand-alone piece of freeware, capable of
showing
data through a large number of charts is GnuPlot737 and might be found at
http://www.duke.edu/~hpgavin/gnuplot.html

Data for these plots is delivered through ASCII cvcs files.

However don't expect very fancy display's in windows style.
