I'm pretty sure that you can just insert a 50-ohm (or whatever you
want for Z0) resistor in series with the feed point, and add 3 dB to
whatever gain that you get. In addition to accounting for mismatch
loss, modeling of the loads makes for a better representation of
multiple-feed antennas with mutual coupling.
