I believe the guys over at the Monterey Naval Post Graduate School
played with both modeling and measuring J-poles some years ago. You
might check with them. I don't have their web site handy but check
Alta Vista and the AMSAT site. They have some satellite related stuff
on the AMSAT site as I recall.
