NEC-LIST: EM Code Consultant Wanted

Hello,

        My company desires to retain the services of a consultant
specializing in EM codes. We are seeking to perform high frequency
analysis of a bus bar connecting several IGBT's in a power
converter. The object is to run iterations of the code for different
geometries to equalize the inductance and resistance of the paths
connecting the IGBT's. We are switching w/ a rise time of 50 ns, and
need accurate (5% or better) calculations of the inductance and
resistance.

        Prefer a consultant in the Boston, Mass area.
