NEC-LIST: Computational Electromagnetics

I am about to model the electromagnetic field response in a
semi-anechoic, screened chamber(dimension about 15*10*5 m) used for
EMC-measurements. The fields is generated by a logperiodic antenna fed
by a sine-signal, the walls is covered by ferrite tiles. The model has
to be able to predict field changes when various configurations is
considered (amount/location of damping, frequency, chamber size,
antenna location etc.) The frequency range is 30 - 1000 MHz.

Is there any free or moderatly priced code available that is able to
handle this problem?.

If possible, the code is to be run on a PC with 512 Mb of Memory.
It doesn't have to contain a graphical interface, I'm particularly
interested in the "numerical engine".
