Software & Systems South Africa (Fax +27-21-880-1880/1727,
fjcmeyer_at_emss.co.za) is an EFIE program with GTD and UTD, dielectric
bodies by surface or volume current method. Comes with meshgenerator,
engine and postprocessor for about $33,000 for a unlimited memory
workstation version (I'm not sure though about the $$s), PC versions
are cheaper. They now also have a leasing offer I was told.
