Nittany Scientific sells a product called GNEC (Graphical NEC). GNEC
includes an optimized NEC4 core for 32-bit Windows. The NEC4 core
included with GNEC has some features that the standard NEC4 core does
not include such as console spooling and dynamic memory allocation.
You can only buy GNEC if you are a licensed NEC4 user from Lawrence
Livermore National Labs. NEC4 is not available from the internet...you
have to buy it from LLNL. If you are overseas I believe that you have
to go through the embassy.
