NEC-LIST: VHF antenna building

I am looking for information reguarding vhf antenna building and
design. I am in the Canadian army (infantry) and am looking for
designs on an expedient antennas. These designs must be easy to build,
simple in design, capable of being carried in a rucksack (backpack),
and work with frequencies from 34.00 to 79.95 MHz. If you have any
ideas, or any informaton to lead me in the right direction, it would
be greatly appreciated....
