An excellent text, suitable for adaption of a graduate course
    is the following book:

    A. F. Peterson, R. Mittra and S. L. Ray: COMPUTATIONAL METHODS
IN ELECTROMAGNETICS, IEEE Press, NJ, USA, 1998.
(ISBN: 0-7803-1122-1, IEEE Order number: PC 5581)

A good book on FEM would be :

J-M Jin, J. Jin and J. Jin :THE FINITE ELEMENT METHOD IN
     ELECTROMAGNETICS, John-Wiley, 1993, USA.

I have not used any material from the FEM book, but it had
      good review.

    - best regards,
