NEC-LIST: NEC model for 22 turn helical antenna

Does anyone have guidelines for me on this home-brew antenna please?
The antenna is in operation and performs well. It features
grouped/staggered turn diameters, constant spacing, and a
short-circuited universal stub with 4:1 balun matching unit.
