NEC-LIST: Basic textbook - microwaves and antennas?

Hello!

I will teach basic microwaves and antennas to salespeople and managers
with some engineering background.

I need a textbook which covers transmission lines, Smith chart,
s-parameters, rect. waveguides, antennas and arrays with minimum of
math. Can anybody point me in right direction? I planned to use Liao,
Engineering Applications of Electromagnetic Theory, but it is out of
print. And perhaps too ambitious.
