Hi,

The two commercial simulators I know of are:

1. Singula & other modules from IES, Canada at www.integrated.ca
Singula is the HF module and deals with finite dielectrics and
metals. It is new and I have not tested it in detail yet as there have
been some support issues for the UK.

2. IE3D from Zeland Software Inc. at www.zeland.com
This is a Method of Moment package and copes with layered dielectrics
which are infinite in x,y extent. In practice this is a very useful
fast code for planar structures.
