NEC-LIST: Horizontally polarised MF antennas

Hi

What antenna is best to use for long range omni-directional MF
broadcasting from a site on the magnetic dip equator ?

Does such such an antenna need to be horizontally polarised ?

Does anyone know who can provide a suitable antenna ?
