NEC-LIST: Gain problem

Hello,

I'm a new Nec-Win user. The following question surely has a well known
answer. I simulated many radiation pattern with NecWin Pro and I
notice that the gain is always stronger than the measured gain, in
spite of an accurate mechanical description of the antenna structure,
why?
