The NEC home page is moving.

The "NEC Home - Unofficial" is moving. I have changed ISP and will be moving
soon. I do not know what my new address is yet, but will post a note here when I
get my new account. Soooo, if my pages at cici.com go away, keep a watch here
for the new location.
